11 People Harmed by Abortion to Speak Today at Silent No
More Awareness Campaign Event in NYC
Staten Island,
NY – Members of the Silent No More Awareness Campaign,
the nation's largest network of women and men testifying to
the harm they endured from abortion, will today publicly
share their stories of abortion and the subsequent pain and
trauma they suffered.
The event,
featuring the testimonies of ten women and one man who
regret having aborted their children, will begin at 12:30 PM
at the Northwest corner of 6th Avenue and 49th Street.
Accompanying the speakers will be demonstrators from the
SNMAC carrying signs saying that they regret their
abortions.

Since the
launching of the Silent No More Awareness Campaign in 2003,
2,326 women and men have shared their testimonies publicly
at 189 gatherings in 44 states and six countries where more
than 15,000 spectators have heard the truth about abortion’s
negative after-effects. More than 4,100 people are
registered to be Silent No More. Raising awareness about
the hurtful aftermath of abortion and the help that is
available to cope with the pain are two of the Campaign’s
