2010 Memorial for the Unborn, Spain

On Sunday, July 4, 2010 Pilar Gutierrez attended the Memorial for the Unborn in the “Garden of the Absent” at the Cemetery of Paracuellos del Jarama in Spain. This was the first Memorial for the Unborn service.

"The Garden of the Absent" will make the millions of babies aborted in Spain present for all and especially for their mothers. Through this Garden, post-abortive women will have a chance to grieve for their children and find healing through our Rachel’s Vineyard Retreats. Our society as a whole will be able to make amends for their responsibility.
