I had an abortion because I had just moved to a new city
and a new job. While I was still dating
the father of the baby, we both agreed that this was not the time to bring a
child into the world. Immediately after the
abortion I felt numb and disassociated from the child.
I found help and forgiveness from my gracious Heavenly
Father, who has tenderly brought me to a place of healing where I feel I am
worthy to claim the child and properly grieve him/her, and that's why I am
silent no more.
