I had the abortion because I thought I wasn't ready to be a mother, I was just 15. During the abortion procedure I experienced embarrassment of the thing I was about to do.

Immediately after the abortion I felt total regret of what I had done. As time went on after the abortion I felt and experienced nightmares and found myself useless.

I really need help to move on this horrible stage of my life.
