Hello and welcome to Silent No More Birmingham! WE thank you for your interest in this campaign and your desire to part of a growing movement to be silent no more about the effects of abortion.
Yes, we are both post-abortive, so we have been where you are. We have each experienced God’s salvation and accepted his grace and healing through a post-abortive study. It is our desire that you experience these things as well. You may feel like you have nowhere to turn and wonder if others feel and have felt like you do. Please know you are not alone and that you will always be loved. God can heal any hurt and forgive any sin. God is stronger and braver than you could ever need him to be.
“Bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. They will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the LORD for the display of his splendor.” (Isaiah 61:3)
This is the wish that God has for you. He will heal you and give you a desire to see others healed as well. It is difficult to be open and to put yourself at risk for ridicule from those around you. Please trust us that it is worth it. One baby saved and one women prevented from pain is worth it. God will bless you!
