When I was a freshman in high school, I was raped by one of the most popular guys in my school. No one believed me because I was not popular and why would he rape me.
I began to freely give away what had been stolen from me. At 17 my boyfriend’s mom took me to have my first abortion.
I began doing and selling drugs to cover the pain. For the next 13 years I went from man to man and drug to drug searching for love. What I received instead was shame, abuse, more rapes, more abortions, and complete hopelessness.
At 30 I met a man named Jesus, and He showed me true love, acceptance and forgiveness. Shortly after I met a woman named Heidi Baker and she called me out as a mother and helped heal the pain from my abortions.
