Prayer for the Hispanic Community

Father of all,
Out of many nations and cultures,
You form one people and guide them by the light of faith
To know and love you
And to love their families.

We pray today for all our Hispanic brothers and sisters,
For their communities and families.

Sustain in them the love they have for life
And the values they hold dear.

Keep them safe from the efforts of the abortion industry
To target, exploit, and manipulate them.

Give them wisdom and understanding
To know how to defend their faith and their children.

Heal the wounds that abortion has inflicted upon them,
Individually, as families, and as a culture.

Give them the strength to follow their vocation
As disciples of Christ and as citizens on this earth,
And to enrich our nation with their special gifts.

And bring all of us to a culture of life.

We pray through Christ our Lord. Amen.
